Shipping policy
This Shipping & Delivery Policy forms part of Waqar’s Terms of Service and should be read alongside our main Terms.
By placing an order with Waqar, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time) on a business day are typically processed the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends or public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Shipping Method & Delivery Timeframes
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Standard delivery is estimated to arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking email so you can monitor your delivery.
Delivery Delays
Once a parcel has left our warehouse, we have limited control over delivery times.
Waqar is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, including delays during busy periods such as sales, promotions, or seasonal demand.
We do not guarantee delivery dates and are unable to offer compensation for courier-related delays once an order has been dispatched.
Missed Deliveries & Safe Place
If you are not available to receive your delivery, the courier will determine whether it is safe to leave the parcel in a designated safe place.
If the courier is unable to leave the parcel safely, they may leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection.
Waqar is not responsible for parcels left in a safe place or for any loss or theft after delivery has been confirmed by the courier.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Parcels
Waqar is not liable for lost or stolen parcels where the courier has provided proof of delivery.
If your tracking information shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, you must raise a claim directly with the courier.
Waqar is not responsible for missing parcels resulting from courier handling issues or delivery errors.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all delivery details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.
Addresses cannot be changed once an order has been placed.
Waqar is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
Refunds will not be issued for orders sent to an incorrect address unless the item is successfully returned to us.
Undeliverable Parcels
Waqar is not responsible for parcels returned as undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
Any additional shipping costs incurred as a result of an undeliverable parcel may be deducted from any applicable refund.
