Refund policy

This Refunds & Returns Policy forms part of Waqar’s Terms of Service and should be read alongside our main Terms.

By placing an order with Waqar, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Once your return is approved, items must be shipped back within 7 days.

Returns shipped after this period will not be accepted, and the refund will be voided.

Final Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Price adjustments are not offered under any circumstances.

Exchanges

We offer size-for-size exchanges only, subject to stock availability.

Exchanges must meet all return eligibility requirements.

If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued in accordance with this policy.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered, and undamaged

Returned with all original tags attached and untampered

Free from makeup, stains, odors, or any signs of wear

Any item that does not meet these conditions will be rejected.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

Sale items

Abayah underpieces (for hygiene reasons)

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Approved faulty items are eligible for a refund only.

Damage caused by wear, washing, drying, or third-party dry cleaning is not considered a fault.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days if approved.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Gift card purchases are non-refundable.

Invalid or Incorrect Returns

Items sent with the wrong label, without approval, or that do not meet our return criteria will not be refunded or returned and will be discarded.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We do not offer refunds for stolen packages where proof of delivery has been provided.

Claims must be raised directly with the courier.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To request a return or size exchange, please contact us at orders@waqarclothing.com within 14 days of delivery.

Your return request must be sent from the same email address used to place the order and include the following information:

  • Order number

  • Full name used on the order

  • Email address used at checkout

  • Item(s) you wish to return or exchange, including size

  • Reason for return

Returns sent without prior approval or without the required information will not be accepted.

Policy Abuse

Waqar reserves the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or refunds in cases of suspected abuse, excessive returns, or policy misuse.
